Our mechanics are chosen based on their vast experience and unique individual skill sets. We invest in them with the highest industry standard Cytech and City & Guilds qualifications, allowing them to work on classic bikes through to Di2 dream machines and everything in-between.
Get Your Bike Serviced
We offer a full range of bicycle repair and maintenance services, as well as a wide range of replacement parts to keep you and your bike on the road. We put people and planet before profit, and 100% of the profits that we do make, go to the Julian House charity. Please get in contact with our Bath workshop prior to your booking to discuss your specific needs. You are also welcome to pop into each workshop, however, we cannot guarantee we will be able to service your bike that day.
Prices & Services
We have a “no obligation policy” and will never start work, add additional costs or order new parts before prior agreement with the customer.
Please note: for electric bikes we only work on those that are pedal assisted and have a maximum speed of 15.5mph.
Professional Bike Assessment (free)
We’ll carry out a full check on your bike and provide a breakdown of any work needed.
Safety Check (£39 Plus Parts)
We carry out a full safety check, including any adjustment and tuning as required of brakes and gears. We will then write a report of what is needed on your bicycle.
Please note: Fitting of any parts at an additional labour charge.
General Service (£70 Plus Parts)
We cover everything in the Basic Service plus hub, headset and BB adjustment, minor wheel true, and labour for replacing regular wearable parts. We recommended this service every 3 to 9 months, depending on how you use your bike.
Full service (£120 Plus Parts)
This includes everything in the General service, cable fitting, a hub service, headset, bottom bracket service, drivetrain clean and full wheel true.
