A Big Thank you!
After much deliberation, we have made the difficult decision to close at the end of October. We would like to thank everyone who has supported us over the years by either donating or buying a bike or given their bike a new lease of life through our repair service.
Sadly, the Bike Workshop has become too expensive to run in this economic climate. As the demand for our services grow, we are facing funding uncertainty and rising costs, including the increases to National Insurance contributions – meaning we’ve had to make some hard choices.
The Bike Workshop will be open until the end of October, so you still have the chance to explore our range of affordable bikes with the profits supporting our community
Unfortunately we will not be able to accept general bike donations after the 23rd June (we will, however be accepting high quality items, bikes, e-bikes and components until the end of August 25).

At the Julian House Bike Workshop, we are passionate about all things cycling. We are dedicated to helping individuals and communities through the power of bicycles. With years of experience and a team of skilled mechanics, we provide a wide range of services to cyclists of all levels. All profits we make are passed onto the Julian House Charity who look after vulnerable and at-risk people across the South West. Below is a list of the many areas we’re involved in:

Refurbished bikes
25% off all marked prices on refurbished bikes. We also have a large amount of bikes that need a bit of love, you can buy these at ‘SOLD as SEEN’ prices (they are sold as spare parts with no warranty). Just make a generous offer and they could be yours!
We have a wide selection of quality refurbished bikes. Our collection includes road bikes, mountain bikes, hybrid bikes, bikes for teenagers and children and everything in between.
We are committed to providing excellent value for money by offering top-notch refurbished bikes at affordable prices. Each bike goes through a meticulous refurbishment process, ensuring that it is in excellent working condition before being made available for sale.
Not only do refurbished bikes offer an affordable alternative to buying new, but they also contribute to a sustainable and eco-friendly lifestyle. By choosing a refurbished bike, you are not only getting a great deal but also reducing waste and giving a second life to a well-crafted bicycle.
With many refurbished bikes coming and going from the shop floor daily we’re unable to list them individually on our website. Please visit our Bath shop to see what stock we have available and what will be coming soon.
